Stages of Scaffolding

Our professional scaffolding design team create an accurate solution, in accordance with NASC and HSE Regulations.

From detailed plans or drawings, we can design the best safety system and scaffolding solution. Alternatively we can make a site visit to measure and assess your requirements. Our design includes:

  • Maximum and safe working weight loads
  • Suitability to intended use
  • Bay, board lifts and lift numbers and heights
  • Durability for period of time for scaffolding requirement
  • Site and scaffolding access routes and restrictions
  • Machinery and equipment provision
  • Any other information relevant to the requirement

Risk Assessments are completed in accordance with NASC regulations. This RA is usually done in conjunction with a Method Statement (MS). Some refer to this as  a Plan of Work or a Scaffold Assembly, Use & Dismantle Plan (AUD).

We design our Risk Assessment Method Statements to identify and minimise harms and hazards on site. This way, we can elimiate hazards at source , or control and reduce any that can not be be banished. Our aim is to ensure accidents and incidents do not occur.

Once inplace, our CISRS approved assessor will conduct regular inspections to maintain site health and safety standards. Our Risk Assessment therefore continues throughout your project, for your complete peace of mind.

Once design, Risk Assessment and project specifics have been agreed, the correct scaffolding solution and safety systems are erected.

Our qualified team carefully erect all of our scaffolding equipment in line with current regulations. This includes NASC, HSE Work At Height Regulations.

We do all erection, alteration and inspection of our scaffolding structures under the direct supervision of competent, advanced scaffolders. From complex to standard structures, we have trained our team in every type of system. Which means no matter the complexity of the configuration involved, you are continuously in safe hands.

Once your scaffolding requirement is complete, our system is dismantled by our competent team of scaffolding operatives.

As your project continues we may dismantle and alter your systems multiple times in-line with current legislations and the advancements in your project. From mid-project to the end, a team of appropriately trained scaffolders  are led by an advanced supervisor to safely complete this.

We take just as much care with the dismantle of your project, as we do throughout.
